To ensure all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget, the full-time Project Manager, Retail will plan and manage projects, lead a multi-disciplined team, and monitor project performance while working remotely or onsite. Key responsibilities Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project deliverables, schedules, and budgets Lead an integrated team in quality assurance and quality control of construction drawings and specifications Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships Required qualifications 15+ years of project work experience, particularly in retail projects Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue Experience in strategic development, business development, and client management Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset Knowledge of architectural or engineering systems design and building codes
