Managing all laboratory aspects of clinical trial projects remotely during Pacific Time business hours, the full-time Laboratory Project Services Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project execution from award through closeout while ensuring compliance with protocol requirements. Key responsibilities Manage clinical trial laboratory projects, ensuring protocol requirements are understood and applied throughout the project lifecycle Lead study set-up activities, including protocol and budget review, and implement project and risk management plans Serve as the single point of contact for sponsors, coordinating communications and addressing issues to facilitate project success Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment 2+ years of project management experience in clinical trials or related areas Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant project delivery systems Experience with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS) is advantageous
