Leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, the full-time Strategic Project Manager will partner with executive leadership to ensure project delivery aligns with organizational objectives while managing multiple IT projects such as ERP system conversions and corporate integrations. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support the company's growth strategy Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets Develop detailed project plans and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes Required qualifications Degree in project management, information technologies, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager, preferably in the warehouse distribution industry Certification or experience with PERT project management methodology Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects to successful completion Experience with managing ERP migrations is a plus
