Our client is seeking an AV Project Manager to lead and manage Audio Visual initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment. This individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of AV-focused projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, NY.
Starting at $50/hour.
AV Project Manager's Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage end-to-end Audio Visual projects including conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, and enterprise AV deployments
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project scope, risks, budgets, and timelines while proactively addressing issues
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and business stakeholders
Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience in Project Management with a strong focus on Audio Visual initiatives
- Recent hands-on experience managing AV-focused projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Audio Visual hardware, systems, and integrations
- Experience working within AV consulting firms, systems integrators, or similar environments preferred
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and project planning
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment
