AV Project Manager Department: Project Management

Location: McHenry, IL (Barrett's)
Reporting To: John, VP of Ops
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 / year

You Have: - Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location: - In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
- Your Location: McHenry, IL (or Surrounding Areas)
- Your Projects: Primarily Lake Geneva but we also have an office in Lombard and projects in the Greater Chicago area
Your Schedule: Your Manager: Your Contribution to Barrett's: - Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software at all times.
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
