We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience to lead cross-functional squads focused on platform modernization initiatives.
This role involves overseeing the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise web and middle-tier applications, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional squads to plan, coordinate, and deliver platform modernization initiatives.
- Oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, resource planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to align project goals and resolve dependencies.
- Drive effective communication, documentation, and adherence to Agile best practices.
- Maintain and update squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts for transparency and accountability.
- Support adoption and consistent use of enabling tools such as Jira, Mural, and MS Teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience planning and delivering platform modernization initiatives using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
- 5+ years of experience overseeing development of web/cloud-based applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
- Proven experience maintaining squad performance metrics and Agile artifacts.
- Experience supporting Agile tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Mural, MS Teams).
- Strong background in managing large or complex metrics-driven initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
