PLM Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to establish a long-term PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage all aspects of projects from initiation to closure.
Follow PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards for PLM initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Utilize PMO tools and templates for scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, and resource planning.
Ensure all PLM initiatives are executed effectively, meeting strategic and operational objectives.
Prepare and deliver detailed PLM platform recommendations to senior leadership.

Optional

Lead the evaluation and selection process for a new or upgraded PLM platform by engaging key business stakeholders to define requirements.
Perform extensive market research, assess vendor capabilities, and organize product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
Create a decision-making framework based on technical, functional, financial, and strategic criteria for selecting the platform
