$135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Green Key Resources is partnered with a well-established, Texas-based General Contractor that is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects in the Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, and Religious sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled PM who excels at managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and driving project performance from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Take full ownership of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Handle contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
- Ensure projects meet or exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Mentor junior staff and support internal leadership efforts
Qualifications
- 1 0–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Specialized experience in Higher Ed, K-12, and/or Religious facility projects
- Expert-level understanding of construction financials and cost management
- Proven ability to lead contract negotiation and administration
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
