The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex E-commerce software development projects across multiple disciplines. The role blends program/project management, team leadership, delivery execution, and strong business and financial acumen. This position will oversee multiple medium-to-large scale digital projects (web/mobile) or enterprise programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in close partnership with Product, Technology, and Design.
- 7–10 years of program/project management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketing, or merchandising
- Direct management of single project budgets $5M–$10M and program budgets $11M+
- 4+ years leading large, multidisciplinary digital teams
- 2–5 years of Agile delivery experience
- 1–2 years of mobile app (iOS/Android) delivery
- 3+ years client management experience in a global organization
- Proven success delivering full lifecycle software projects (business dev to production)
- Experience working with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Lead cross-functional project teams through full delivery lifecycle
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate across Product, Design, Tech, and vendors
- Deliver regular status updates and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Monitor schedule adherence and escalate risks/issues as needed
- Track metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Ensure formal project closure, including retrospectives and knowledge transition
