Our Direct client is looking to hire, on a full-time direct hire for a NetSuite Business Analyst & Project Manager position to work Hybrid 3 days week, onsite in San Diego, CA.

- Full Time – Direct Hire position.
- Hybrid, 3 days week onsite.
- Salary $140k - $150k plus Bonus and great benefits
The NetSuite BA/PM willsupport a NetSuite ERP environment following a recent go-live. This role will focus on post-go-live stabilization, enhancement management, and delivery of NetSuite-related initiatives in partnership with Finance and Operations.
This is a hands-on functional role supporting NetSuite ERP , enhancements, releases, and integrations in a compliance-driven environment.ERP Post–Go-Live
Requirements:
- 5+ years ERP experience; 2+ years NetSuite
- 3 + years of Business Analyst
- 2 years of Project Management
- PMP or Agile certification a plus
- Strong business analysis and project management background
- Experience with core ERP processes (P2P, R2R, O2C)
- Regulated or compliance-driven environment experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Key Highlights:
- Business requirements gathering and change management
- Lead small to mid-sized NetSuite projects (upgrades, integrations, modules)
- Cross-functional partnership with Finance and Operations
- Support NetSuite releases, testing, and user enablement
Responsibilities:
- NetSuite post-go-live support, enhancements, and optimization
- Gather functional requirements and manage change through governance/CAB
- Lead NetSuite projects (upgrades, integrations, module rollouts)
- Support NetSuite releases: sandbox testing, impact analysis, validation
- Partner with Finance and Operations on P2P, R2R, O2C processes
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, BioTech or medical device industries.
- Knowledge of GxP compliance, SOX compliance, GRC, and audit support in ERP environments.
Must be able to pass and clear background check and Drug Test prior to starting. The client Will Require 2 - 3 professional Work References to be completed prior to starting.
