Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager in the Tri-State Area. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of flooring projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring project goals and client expectations are met. The Project Manager is also responsible for risk management, quality control, and reporting on project progress.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to plan, execute, and complete flooring projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality control throughout project lifecycle and maintain compliance with standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and completing projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and issues.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with flooring products and services is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
