An industry-leading building materials manufacturing company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing improvement projects and new facility construction at various manufacturing sites across the US.
Responsibilities
- Assess manufacturing facilities from an infrastructure and operational perspective.
- Develop working plans to address short-term and long-term services necessary to maintain operational capability.
- Lead maintenance and repair projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
- Proven experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working on construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
