The Technical Project Manager will oversee telecommunications projects, focusing on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), structured cabling, and Emergency Responder Radio Communication (ERRC) systems. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical specs.
- Manage DAS, cabling, and ERRC system installations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resolve issues impacting timelines or costs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in telecom project management, especially with DAS, cabling, and ERRC systems.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in a matrix resource environment is a plus.
