Executive Search Consultant - US Civil Infrastructure
We’re seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead roadway construction projects from start to finish. If you’re organized, detail-focused, and have experience managing subcontractors and schedules, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate and execute agreements with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and maintain project schedules
- Develop project submittals and attend construction progress meetings
- Monitor project correspondence and documentation
- Generate and process subcontractor payments
- Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure projects stay on track and on time
- Managing projects
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in roadway construction
- Familiarity with IDOT and municipal specifications
- Experience with HCSS software
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project deliverables for accurate take-offs
Compensation: competitive salary based on experience
$140-180k
