Pre-Construction Recruitment Consultant at LVI Associates
We are currently seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager, minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience with a Mechanical Contractor. He must have commercial, institutional and hospital mechanical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Commercial, institutional and hospital mechanical experience.
- Experience with mechanical contracts in the $3,000,000 - $10,000,000 range or larger.
- Plumbing PM experience is a plus.
- PM must understand the different types of HVAC Systems, especially chilled water systems and components.
- A working knowledge of Piping, Sheetmetal, and Controls is required.
- The candidate must have computer experience.
