Position Description
Project Managers oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client requirements. They serve as the primary contact for owners/clients, fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities include generating and monitoring estimates, contracts, schedules, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
- Experience across all construction disciplines preferred.
- Experience with large civil/roadway, commercial, healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology projects.
- Strong project prioritization and problem recognition skills.
- Effective judgment and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to resolve field quality issues collaboratively.
- Understanding of Owner agreements, terms, and limitations.
- Ability to promote a positive work environment and develop team responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with billing processes and bid coordination.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Upholding company values of honesty, integrity, and compassion.
- Valid DMV record.
Physical Demands
The role requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, walking, occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close and distant vision.
Work Environment
