Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology implementation projects in the Transportation and Supply Chain domain.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using hybrid methodologies, tracking progress, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate multiple product teams and project streams to ensure delivery alignment across business units.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise project briefings and status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive issue resolution and remove obstacles that could impact schedule or quality.
- Track and report on key project metrics including schedule, budget, and resource utilization.
- Support continuous improvement by evaluating delivery methodology and identifying areas for optimization.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers or coordinators.
Required Qualifications
- Proven record leading at least two (2) large-scale technology implementations within Supply Chain, S&OP, or Transportation systems with a minimum team size of 10+ and budgets exceeding $2M.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services consulting and/or IT program or project management.
- Strong background in managing projects within matrixed organizations and coordinating multiple product teams.
- Experience developing and maintaining project dashboards, financial tracking, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing third-party vendors and hybrid delivery teams (full-time and contract).
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and information security.
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or SAP Focused Build.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity with composure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
