Job Description:
The Project Manager – Field Action / Remediation supports field action execution and remediation projects to ensure compliance, customer communication, and successful project delivery. This role works closely with product teams, customers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage scope, risks, timelines, and documentation while maintaining alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist MMS with Field Action execution, including customer notifications, acknowledgment forms, and customer follow‑ups.
- Ensure all project records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with all client policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support product teams to ensure successful completion of remediation projects.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and supervise day‑to‑day project activities to ensure on‑time and successful completion.
- Create and manage project plans with defined milestones and task ownership.
- Manage project scope, including customer priorities.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation and resolution plans.
- Appropriately manage and escape project issues and risks.
- Manage customer expectations related to products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and leadership.
- Lead project teams and act as an effective team leader for matrixed staff.
- Accurately forecast current and future quarter revenue for assigned projects.
- Utilize governance tools such as scope documents, status reports, risk and change logs, and tollgates.
- Provide constructive performance appraisal input through peer review processes.
- Ensure compliance with forecasting and backlog management processes.
- Work effectively across multiple departments including TSC, Sales, and Finance.
- Demonstrate professional judgment and strong soft skills essential to effective project management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience working in regulated or compliance‑driven environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting field actions, remediation, or post‑market activities in MedTech or life sciences
