Automation Project Manager

What You'll Do
- Lead diverse automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing internal teams.

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in automation, control systems engineering, or a related field within life sciences, chemical, or food & beverage sectors.
- Bachelor\'s degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or engineering technology.
- Strong grasp of project management principles (PMP certification preferred).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including performance evaluations.
