We are looking for SAP Project Manager fluent in French to join our team in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage consulting engagements, conduct customer workshops, and provide solution roadmaps and proposal presentations.
Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects in Supply Chain Logistics across various industries like Automotive, Retail, FMCG, LSP, etc.
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, including project plan preparation and quality monitoring.
Oversee SAP projects, report metrics to the executive team, manage change and communication strategies, and identify risk mitigation plans.
Handle complex projects navigating challenging landscapes and engage with senior client management.
Follow-up on project milestones and ensure successful sign-offs.
Mentor and develop the SAP consulting team, fostering competency and skill enhancements.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
Lead business generation, presales activities, and build comprehensive solutions for proposals.

Your Skills and Experience:

Fluency in French (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
8-10 years of professional experience with SAP project delivery and presales for global clients.
Experience in SCM (EWM, TM, Yard), Logistics, or S/4HANA as a Project Manager or Consultant is advantageous.
Strong SAP consulting and project management background with deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain logistics processes.
Proven ability to exceed performance expectations in revenue and client relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to interact at all organizational levels.
Experience managing teams and collaborating with global and local teams.
Successful delivery of multiple SAP projects covering the full lifecycle.
Experience in business process understanding, SAP solution design, validation, and RICEFW development.
Presales experience including proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.
Ability to travel to the U.S. without sponsorship.
