Project Architect / Manager
We're hiring a Project Architect / Manager with a diverse portfolio spanning advanced manufacturing, industrial design, retail spaces, and commercial workplaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.
We're especially interested in individuals who have established ties within Sacramento's architecture and construction scene, or who can quickly build strong relationships in the local industry.
Responsibilities
- Direct architectural efforts from initial design through final build.
- Coordinate infrastructure and integrate mechanical, electrical, and specialized process systems.
- Collaborate with engineers on facilities for high‑tech clients in sectors.
- Design industrial spaces (warehouses, distribution hubs, and fabrication labs) focusing on operational flow and system support.
- Create retail environments that reflect brand identity and enhance user experience.
- Plan commercial office spaces that meet client needs while ensuring safety, compliance, and visual appeal.
Requirements
- 10‑20 years of experience in architecture with relevant project exposure.
- Licensed to practice architecture.
- Strong coordination skills, especially with MEP and process systems.
- Skilled in Revit and BIM‑based workflows.
