Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects (typically $10M+), managing scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, procurement strategies, and site logistics.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Experience with commercial construction required
- Experience with complex renovations and ground-up projects preferred
