Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects within complex organizations.
- Strong expertise with Jira (administration, reporting, and governance).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to adapt frameworks as needed.
- Experience aligning multiple verticals/teams under a consistent program-level structure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Background in financial services or enterprise technology environments preferred.
- Experience working with Architecture and/or Technology Management Committees.
- Demonstrated track record of bringing consistency and structure to distributed project management teams.
