Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Information Management
Four Hands, a leading furniture and décor designer and wholesaler, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and developers, overseeing day‑to‑day planning and execution of projects related to our Analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand business problems and constraints, define business value, and establish success metrics.
- Participate in analysis and development of system solution designs for existing and new capabilities, leveraging business processes, requirements, system capabilities, and architecture.
- Document and analyze detailed functional requirements for delivery to client and internal teams.
- Use Jira to document epics and user stories, defining business value, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Evaluate technical solutions against acceptance criteria and make decisions to advance into UAT.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on training and qualifications.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience working with Analytical Platforms.
- Experience with data acquisition, analytical models, and support in solving business problems.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, user stories, defining business value, and collaboration with developers and architects.
- Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills with an eye for details and the big picture.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills—both technical and non‑technical.
- Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
