Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience inTechnical Project Management , with at least4+ years leading large or complex IT initiatives
- Proven experience managing Data Lake and Data Lakehouse projects as theprimary responsibility
- Hands‑on experience withDatabricks ,Mainframe data integration , andVirtual ODS (Operational Data Store) implementations
- Strong understanding ofdata governance ,data architecture , andinformation systems security
- Experience delivering projects within aState or Government environment
- Expertise runninghighly structured, metric‑driven projects (not Agile‑focused)
- Proficiency inMS Project , JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to presentexecutive‑level status reports to CIOs, sponsors, and senior stakeholders
