Position Overview
Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the DHS CIETS proposal effort in the DC Metro area. Responsible for all contractor work under this PWS and serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
Job Duties
- Manage all CIEITS tasks and personnel.
- Provide overall management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for contract execution.
- Direct and oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance.
- Serve as the principal interface between the Government and contractor team.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the I&A CISO/COR to discuss priorities and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain:
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Staffing Plan
- Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Risk Management Plan and Risk Register.
- Manage tasking, activities, deliverables, and status reporting through Government-provided tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
- Establish and track staff actions, taskers, data calls, briefings, presentations, training materials, and correspondence.
- Support project planning, oversight, and documentation required by DHS and the Intelligence Community.
- Lead monthly Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and Project Status Reviews (PSRs), covering cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and quality discussions.
- Provide weekly activity reports, monthly status reports, annual reports, risk reporting, and executive-level briefings.

- Remote/Telework Plan
- PMR Minutes
- Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)
- Monthly Status Reports (MSR)

Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
- PMP certification and either CISSP or CISM certification in good standing at the time of award and throughout the performance period.
- Clearance requirements: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
Other Requirements
This role requires an active Top Secret Security Clearance, customer approval, and successful completion of a pre-employment background screening.
