Lead Project Manager – Ground-Up Multi-Family
Manhattan and the Bronx.
Salary: $150,000 – $230,000 per year.

Responsibilities and Scope:
- Lead Project Manager for Ground‑Up Multi‑Family projects, 120‑500 million dollar projects, Residential High Rise and Lump Sum.
- Run projects from start to finish on the East Side of NYC.
- Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and city agencies.
- Ensure quality, schedule, and budget controls.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an experienced Project Manager in NYC.
- Experience managing 120‑500 million dollar projects and residential high rise construction.
- Preferred ProCORE + Bluebeam software experience.
