An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Metairie, LA area for an individual with 7-10 years of Civil Project Management experience. This is a high-profile project for the state of Louisiana . Responsibilities
- Implement project management system framework
- Manage the timely delivery of obligations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports regarding any design and construction
- Manage the maintenance and rehabilitation budgets to achieve optimal financial outcomes
- Project manage all deliverables and milestones , including tracking of risks throughout the project lifecycle
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 7-10 years of working Project Management experience with large-scale projects
- Have previous Heavy / Civil construction experience
- Public Private Partnerships (P3), or Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) project experience highly preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business / commerce, or construction management is strongly preferred (or equivalent years of work experience is acceptable as well)
- Experience using SharePoint and a scheduling or project management software is an asset
