Salary Range: $130,000- $140,000 a year
Job Description
- 6-8 years of Project management experience in a manufacturing setting of regulated environment (preferably medical devices)
- General understanding of manufacturing process
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate across multiple audiences, including support teams, peers and senior management, in both written and oral manners
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Digital literacy, including use of Microsoft Office tools
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare updates for senior stakeholders
- Communicate updates and escalates risks at the right time to mitigate impact to project timeline
- Financial management: day-to‑day spend as well as full‑year and future‑year projections
- Construction: partner with onsite construction team to ensure fit‑out is to appropriate finish
- Validation: partner with site QA team to develop and implement efficient transfer process
- People management: ensure small delays don’t derail critical items and work with embedded team on site to ensure smooth implementation
- Strategic mindset: think bigger picture and work with senior leadership on long‑term strategy for area/site
- Technical: interest/background in 3DP would be beneficial but not critical
