Pay Transparency
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles is pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex tasks on multiple, large‑scope, highly complex projects.
- Plan, organize, and direct work throughout the project life cycle to ensure client delivery.
- Keep the Principal in Charge informed of progress, expectations, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead client and project team to ensure project design meets budget, schedule, program, and intent.
- Develop and manage project budget, schedule, and work plan to achieve financial targets.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and motivate project teams.
- Ensure timely completion and proper documentation of Project Management Framework tasks.
- Lead project coordination and owner/site meetings with internal team members, external consultants, owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Track change orders and contractor payments, managing contractual modifications that affect budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to determine staffing needs and recommend personnel.
- Direct client invoicing and manage collections.
Capabilities and Credentials
- Extensive project experience enabling success in proposal responses.
- Capable of supporting multiple Principal’s in Charge on multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent understanding of accessibility codes, life‑safety codes, building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proactive action without requiring continued direction.
- Effective management of multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Team player with clients, project team, and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Newforma; preferred experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; Master’s degree preferred; Registered Architect required.
- Minimum ten years of architecture project management experience with a strong background in the education sector.
