We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to take ownership of a critical product development project for an innovative industrial equipment manufacturer. You will oversee the final development, testing, certification and market introduction of a newly developed machine, working closely with international engineering teams and stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to join a project at an advanced stage and play a key role in bringing a new product to market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development project from prototype phase through market launch.
- Manage planning, priorities, risks and project milestones.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
- Support and supervise product testing and validation activities.
- Drive certification and compliance activities where required.
- Coordinate technical documentation, user manuals and supporting materials.
- Act as the central point of contact between engineering, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within engineering, industrial equipment, machinery or product development environments.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss engineering topics.
- Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
- Natural leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing product development, testing or industrialization projects.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
