Sr. Environmental Project Manager – Southeast Michigan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, or related from an accredited university.
- 8-12 years of Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering or related environmental experience.
- Strong background/experience with environmental due diligence (Phase I, Phase II, & BEA/due care)
- Experience with Michigan Environmental Regulations.
- Strong technical writing skills, proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate staff.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and current with 8-hour refresher courses.
- Part 201/213 experience.
Job Description
Successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment providing due diligence and remediation services.
- Conducting/managing Phase I ESAs to ASTM or higher standards.
- Conducting/managing Phase II ESAs.
- Conducting/managing hydrogeological investigations and remediation projects.
- Understanding due diligence and brownfield redevelopment processes.
- Demonstrating full knowledge of each project’s status and goals.
- Performing tasks across multiple disciplines to bring about successful project completion.
- Providing quality environmental services.
- Responding to customers in a timely manner.
