Construction Project Manager
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee every phase of construction, from planning and budgeting to field execution and client delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all phases of cast‑in‑place concrete projects , from pre‑construction through close‑out.
- Coordinate project schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Manage budgets, billing, and financial forecasting to ensure strong project profitability.
- Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards across all operations.
- Serve as the primary client contact , ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and field staff.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of proven experience in concrete project management .
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Expertise in construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking .
- Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating change orders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and cost management software.
- OSHA 30 certification required | Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
