My client, a well‑established general contracting firm based in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $20M across healthcare, education, retail, and other sectors. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and compliance while ensuring high‑quality execution.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr – $135,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
Monitor project progress, resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with zoning, permitting, and safety regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct site evaluations, value engineering, and risk management assessments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
Strong background in healthcare, education, government, retail, or commercial interiors is preferred.
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $500K to $20M.
Experience with zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
