Job Details
In this role, you will be part of the Aviation, Transit, and Commercial Buildings team, within the Buildings Sector , based in Atlanta, Georgia .
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, production, and coordination of projects locally in Georgia and nationwide.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, including subconsultants.
- Negotiate fees, schedules, and contract terms beneficial to EXP and acceptable to clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered within financial and schedule parameters, exceeding client expectations.
- Participate in business development activities such as market research, client meetings, marketing proposals, and interviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
- Architectural License or Professional Engineer License.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance.
- Experience across sectors like Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and financial management software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
