Required Skills (Must-Have)
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience steering large-scale technology or business-critical initiatives.
- Tool Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Planview for portfolio tracking, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven background supporting IT compliance, governance, portfolio management, or corporate audit functions.
- Methodologies: Comprehensive understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Skills: Superior analytical capabilities, precise written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple high-stakes priorities.
- Governance & Audit Leadership, Portfolio Integrity, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Enforcement.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Compliance Exposure: Familiarity with SOX compliance structures or internal audit workflows.
- Technical Ecosystems: Working knowledge of Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
- Credentials: PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
- Environment: Experience navigating the structural complexities of a large corporate enterprise or global market leader.
