We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team, onsite in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap for our client's citywide fleet management operations, while also ensuring the seamless operation of daily tasks using the industry's leading software platform and tools. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive project management skills, an analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage project resources and processes to configure and deploy enterprise telematics and safety software across multiple departments, locations, and stakeholders.
- Change Management: Prepare and execute comprehensive change management plan. Lead ongoing user training efforts to enhance system adoption and proficiency. Manage change documentation to ensure that all updates are communicated effectively, minimizing disruptions to operations.
- System Administration: Configure, manage, and update dashboards to provide real-time insights into fleet performance and operational metrics. Monitor and maintain operational reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Program Governance: Oversee the execution of fleet management programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Continuously assess and identify opportunities with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, measure value, and track ROI. Recommend strategic product enhancements that align with evolving business needs and industry standards.
