Project Managers are expected to think strategically, communicate openly, and take accountability for results. Leadership provides support and resources but avoids unnecessary bureaucracy and micromanagement. Team members are encouraged to solve problems, develop innovative solutions, and continuously improve the way projects are delivered.
The organization values safety, integrity, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Employees are given opportunities to expand their responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and advance their careers as the company continues its rapid growth.
