Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial Building Automation System and HVAC controls projects from initial planning through commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout.
This role is ideal for someone with strong BAS, controls, or systems integration experience who can manage project budgets, schedules, technical teams, subcontractors, customer relationships, and profitability.

What You'll Do
- Manage BAS and HVAC controls projects from kickoff through closeout
- Review contracts, estimates, scopes, control drawings, and sequences of operation
- Develop project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource plans
- Monitor project costs, margins, billing, cash flow, and profitability
- Coordinate technicians, programmers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee installation, programming, startup, commissioning, and customer training
- Review points lists, wiring diagrams, equipment submittals, and technical documentation
- Coordinate integration with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and third-party systems
- Manage change orders, procurement, invoicing, punch lists, and project documentation
- Communicate project progress, risks, and financial status to customers and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Building automation, HVAC controls, or systems integration project experience
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, billing, and profitability
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, DDC controls, and sequences of operation
- Ability to read control drawings, wiring diagrams, points lists, and specifications
- Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Familiarity with BAS programming, startup, commissioning, and graphics
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, Niagara, or similar systems
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
