Ideal candidates have 18+ years in water resources, a CA PE license, and expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain analysis, and stormwater design, with proficiency in ArcGIS and HE C-RAS, HEC-HMS, FLO-2D, SWMM, AutoCAD/Civil 3D. This is a hybrid role.
