Entry-Level Project Manager
to join our Flooring Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction project management, and we welcome
recent graduates and interns
who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Oversee flooring projects from start to finish.
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Schedule and track project timelines.
- Assist with material deliveries and installation logistics.
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Document job site progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- - High school diploma required; college students and interns are encouraged to apply.
- - Strong organizational and communication skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
- - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- - Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus but not required.
- - Prior construction or flooring experience is helpful but not required
