Senior Project Manager - Lead High-Impact Ground-Up Electrical Projects
We're looking for a seasoned PM who can take full command of ground-up electrical construction, drive project success, and be the steady, solutions-focused leader our field teams and clients rely on. You'll be the person who knows the project better than anyone else and the one who keeps it moving with confidence, clarity, and precision.
What You'll Lead:
- Lead ground-up electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies
- Coordinate directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality control inspections
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
- Mentor field supervisors and ensure alignment with project goals
- Drive communication, accountability, and project momentum every step of the way
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical scopes on ground-up commercial and/or industrial builds
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and code compliance
