Foundry are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected Commercial General Contractor to recruit a Senior Healthcare Project Manager for their Jupiter, Florida office.
Our client has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex healthcare and commercial construction projects throughout South Florida. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technically challenging healthcare projects from preconstruction through to completion.

The Role
You will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
- Coordinate internal project teams and field operations.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
- Proven experience delivering healthcare construction projects is essential.
- Experience managing occupied renovation projects, medical office buildings, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers or similar healthcare facilities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control, life safety and phased construction.
- Excellent financial, scheduling and contract management skills.
- Experience using Procore and Microsoft Project or similar software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Stable employment history with reputable General Contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
