What to Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start May 2026 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e., through August) or into early Fall 2026, if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. International students on CPT should confirm they can work 40 hours per week before applying. The Internship Recruiting Team aims to place students in roles that grow both technically and personally, providing projects that are critical to the team’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project management tasks, including creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Organize and facilitate meetings across multiple teams, tracking progress and capturing action items
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to clarify and translate business requirements
- Support automation efforts to improve process efficiency
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with compensation, HR, and IT/software teams to align on project objectives
What You’ll Bring
- Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a cross‑functional team environment
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with system integration, reporting tools, or automation scripting is a plus
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and compensation data
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
