- Technical Project Management experience.
- Enterprise software implementation experience.
- Experience leading:
- API integrations
- Third-party system integrations
- Data migrations
- Experience working across multiple project methodologies.
- Ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives involving HR and Technology organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Identity & Access Management experience including:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Governance controls
- Active Directory to Entra ID migrations
- ERP or Workforce Management implementation background.
- PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Industry-specific experience is a plus.
Project Overview
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to support a multi‑phase UKG and Microsoft Entra ID transformation initiative . The project is part of Sonic's broader identity management modernization effort and will focus on driving Phase 2 of the UKG implementation while providing continuity through the final phase of the program, expected in early 2027.
The team is specifically looking for a PM who has successfully led similar enterprise implementations, can manage complex integrations and data migrations, and can bring lessons learned from prior UKG deployments.
