Our client is a leading enterprise organization undergoing significant digital transformation and platform modernization efforts. Based in Beaverton, OR, they are looking to hire a Senior Technical Project Manager on a 6+ month extension contract basis.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role leading enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact business operations and technology strategy. You'll partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Executive Leadership teams while driving complex technology projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic project leader who can bridge the gap between business and technology, influence key stakeholders, and drive meaningful outcomes beyond traditional project status reporting. Contract Duration: 6+ Months+ extension
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Development, and Architecture teams
- Strong project planning, risk management, issue management, and change management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, Consumer Lending, or Credit Card platforms
- Experience working within highly regulated environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and digital transformation initiatives

Daily Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Partner with Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts throughout project lifecycles
- Facilitate project meetings and drive key decisions
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
- Communicate project progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate efforts across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Analytics, Risk, and Executive teams
- Document business processes, requirements, scope changes, and project outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
