For our client, we are seeking a Project Delivery Manager Chief Of Staff - Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Jersey City, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $275,000 annually

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Data & AI program management function, ensuring effective governance and reporting
Oversee project managers for comprehensive data, AI, and platform initiatives
Drive execution and follow-through across concurrent priorities with clear milestones
Align delivery plans with enterprise objectives by partnering with various stakeholders
Lead implementation and change-management activities from strategy to operational readiness
Create executive-ready presentations, making complex details accessible for senior leadership
Support leadership discussions by synthesizing decisions and tracking commitments

Qualifications

5-7 years of project/program management experience in technology portfolios
Strong background in technology systems implementation, particularly in data and AI
Experience with large-scale change management and operational readiness
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clear storytelling
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
Strong judgment and discretion as a trusted leadership partner
