Lead the Growth of a New Georgia Operation
We're partnering with a rapidly growing natural gas utility contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who holds the Georgia Utility Manager/Qualifier Certification required to qualify utility contractors in the state.
This company has experienced 100% year-over-year growth for the past four years and is expanding its operations into Georgia. They are looking for a proven leader who wants more than just another project management role-they're looking for someone who wants to play a key role in building and growing a new division.
Responsibilities
- Manage natural gas utility construction projects from planning through completion
- Lead project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contract administration, and overall project performance
- Partner with field leadership to drive operational excellence
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to continued company growth
- Assist in establishing and expanding the company's Georgia operations
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Utility Manager/Qualifier Certification
- Proven experience managing natural gas utility construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and field operations
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and support business growth
- Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a growing operation
