Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion. This person will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in mechanical construction.
- Experience managing HVAC , mechanical piping, plumbing , or process piping projects.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Lead project teams and delegate work to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and change management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Resolve project issues and drive successful project execution from start to finish.
