Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of experience using Jira, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing technology, systems, or business process improvement projects
- PMP certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead multiple projects focused on manufacturing systems, logistics, and business process improvements
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support project execution
- Coordinate application enhancements, system integrations, and process improvements
- Track project performance and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Support software testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with project teams and leadership
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals

- Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment

- Ability to communicate effectively with teams across multiple departments
